Buying a new Weber from us? Ask about having it assembled before collection. We assemble a wide range of Weber BBQs in-store, from compact Q models through to larger gas BBQs, griddles & pellet barbecues.

Assembly requirements vary between BBQ models. Our team can confirm the assembly price & expected collection time when your BBQ is purchased.

Collection from Tower Junction.

Assembly is completed at our Addington showroom. We don't currently provide delivery, so collection or alternative transport will need to be arranged.

Our team can help you choose from our wood, gas & electric fireplace range in-store. Fireplace installations are completed independently by installers we work with rather than by Ultimate BBQs & Fireplaces itself.

Visit the showroom & speak with our team about fireplace options, product specifications, dimensions, features & availability.

Speak with an installer.

We can provide contact details for the independent installers we regularly work with. You can then discuss your property, installation requirements & timing directly with them.

Site assessment.

Installation requirements vary from property to property. The installer can assess what is required for your particular fireplace & installation.

Installation quote.

Installation quotations cannot be provided in-store. Labour, installation materials, site work & final pricing are quoted directly by the installer.

For a product issue with a fireplace purchased through us, contact our store first. Include the brand, model, proof of purchase & a clear description or photos of the issue where possible. We'll advise the appropriate next step.

Fireplace installation quotes cannot be provided in-store. Pricing is supplied directly by the installer after discussing or assessing the job.

Repairs & servicing

We don't carry out BBQ or fireplace repairs or servicing through the store.

Weber parts

We don't stock or sell Weber replacement parts directly. Parts, warranty & technical support are handled through Weber New Zealand.

Delivery

We don't currently offer delivery. Assembled BBQs are collected from our Tower Junction showroom.
